Return Eligibility

 

Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

• Product received is damaged

• Product received is incorrect

Return requests must be raised within 24 hours of delivery with clear uncut 360 degree opening videos compulsory. 

Return Conditions

 

• Product must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging

• Tags, boxes, and accessories must be intact

• Any sign of usage will void return eligibility

Non-Returnable Items

 

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Earrings, studs, and nose pins

• Customized or personalized jewellery

• Items purchased during clearance or sale

 

Refund Process

 

• Once the returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified.

• Approved refunds will be processed within 8–10 business days.

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method only.

Shipping Charges

 

• Return shipping charges must be borne by the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect.

• Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchange Policy

 

• Exchanges are allowed only for damaged product , subject to availability.

• Exchange requests must follow the same return conditions.
